ABSTRACT
The article reports that Texas Tech University's Southwest Collection/Special Collections Library is working to gather and preserve the history of financial planning. The University's efforts included a partnership with the Center for Financial Responsibility to conduct dozens of interviews with some of the early pioneers of the financial planning movement, as well as accepting and preserving donated collections of magazines, promotional materials, financial plans, and other sources of historical data.
