13 Tips to Improve Your Client Surveys

The article presents thirteen tips for financial planning firms that wish to improve their client surveys. Surveys allow firms to see what their clients really think about them, as well as better understand their clients needs. Tips to improve surveys include explaining why the firm is gathering information to survey takers, getting to the point and leading with the most important questions, asking open ended questions to encourage long and thoughtful responses, and asking personal questions on the survey.
