The article presents the clinical trial of the 47 year old man with acute left calf pain. Reportedly, the patient is experiencing claudication in his left leg after walking for about 500 meters. Clinical examinations found that the patient had a cold left foot and he could not feel any pulses below the femoral artery on that side. Furthermore, external compression of the lumen of the left popliteal artery is found through intravenous digital subtraction angiography.
