ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increase in the net profits of Japan's ISE Chemicals Corp. for January to September 2006, compared with the same period in 2005. The company said its iodine business was the main contributor to the buoyant results, marking a year-on-year increase. The company is one of the country's top producers of natural gas and iodine.
