ABSTRACT
The article comments on issues concerning a cure, a herbal medicine which guarantees treatment of a patient with consumption using a formula containing 80 grains of umckaloabo root with 13½ grains of chichitse per ounce prepared according to British Pharmacopeia methods. Information regarding the origin of the cure, lawsuits facing the cure and the publication of several books about the cure is discussed.
