ABSTRACT
The article reports that the National Health Service board members spend more time talking about their trusts' financial performance than patient care. This was revealed on the study conducted by the academics at the University of Plymouth upon examination of board meetings at 60 trust. They found that 14 percent of items addressed clinical issues. Other significant information relative the study and the analyses of the results are presented.
