The article reports on the business expansion of Virgin Books Ltd. in the New York area and the appointment of Ken Siman as publisher. According to Siman, the New York office of Virgin plans to publish about 30 books a year which would focus on popular culture. Siman would make a concerted effort to target the 18 to 30 year old demographic.
