ABSTRACT
The article reports on a letter of intent to form a joint venture (jv), signed by The Andersons with Marathon Oil. The jv will construct and operate a number of bioethanol plants in the U.S. The Andersons will provide management of the plants, as well as corn origination. It has submitted three requests for air permits in Greenville, Ohio, Dunkirk, Indiana, and in Champagne, Illinois.
