Tyre makers sue Chemtura over cartel

The article reports that tyre companies Bridgestone Americas Holding and its Bridgestone Firestone subsidiary, Bandag and Pirelli, filed a lawsuit in a federal court in Tennessee against specialty chemicals company Chemtura and subsidiary Uniroyal Chemical over price-fixing conspiracy. The companies are seeking refunds and triple damages for rubber chemicals purchased from Chemtura when it was involved in a price-fixing conspiracy between 1995 and 2001.
