ABSTRACT

Philadelphia-based GlaxoSmithKline Inc. will not be renewing its contract sales with the New jersey-based PDI Inc. which will expire on December 31, 2006. Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. has agreed to sell its four oncology drugs to Eisai Inc. and one pain drug to King Pharmaceuticals Inc.
