ABSTRACT
The article reports that Mega Group has acquired Brand Source Canada as part of its strategic alliance with AVB Brand Source. The acquisition creates a combined North American buying organization with more than $10 billion in annual sales. Mega President Michael Graydon explains that the acquisition provides the company the relationships, leverage and expanded services to accomplish its goal of offering tools to independent retailers to ensure that they remain competitive.
