This article describes the forthcoming natural-gas-powered Honda Civic GX. Natural gas costs as little as one third the price of gasoline and gets better-than-average mileage. The car drives like any other, and it is actually less volatile than ordinary gas. If the tank is breached, leaking compressed natural gas simply shoots straight up into the air and safely dissipates, unlike conventional gas.
