ABSTRACT
The article highlights the issues discussed at the 3rd annual Risk Management Convocation held from October 19 to 20, 2006 in San Francisco, California. To help rescue structural engineers from the assault of runway claims, the American Council of Engineering Companies' Council of American Structural Engineers, through its Risk Management Program, is issuing a series of computer-based tool kits within its Ten Foundations for Risk Management program.
