ABSTRACT
The article presents findings of a study on the salary of an occupational health (OH) nurse practitioner in Great Britain. The pay gap between male and female OH nurses is 10.8 percent. OH nurses in the public sector can expect to earn 1.9 percent more than their private sector equivalents. An OH nurse could see their pay rise from £26,000 shortly after qualification, to £33,000 when they have between five and 14 years' experience.
