The article focuses on the decision of food service officials to use Super Bowl in their food service as part of the event's promotion in the U.S. Dennis Lunardi, cafeteria supervisor at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, named the menus after the game. Vicky Capone, foodservice director at Nutrition Group, used the game to create themed event at Canonsburg Senior High School.
