The article presents information on chefs from several catering companies, schools, hospitals and other establishments who will compete at the Mystery Box Challenge contest, a part of the 15th annual Catersource Conference to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada in January 2007. They include Ida Shen from the University of California in Berkeley, Gary Lane of DCH Regional Medical Center and Eric B. LeVine of Chef Eric Catering & Events.
