ABSTRACT
The article reveals the winner of the "Mystery Shopper," a competition which aims to improve the standards of travel agents. Angel Robinson, travel agent of Travelscene Executive Travel Darwin, a member of the Travelscene American Express travel group, has been chosen to be the star agent for the "Mystery Shopper." Moreover, her agency obtained the highest rating as to staff attitude and sales techniques are concerned.
