ABSTRACT
The article relates the author's career background and his approach to a successful career. Before assuming president and chief executive officer portfolio of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co., he has been working in the farm assisting his father. He reveals that he considered his father as the best role model because of latter's fantastic work ethic. To follow the Golden Rule was the best advice given by his father. In his current post, he stresses that the biggest challenge facing the company in the volatility and high price of natural gas. Other significant information relative to the matter is presented.
