ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Henderson County Commissioners Court in Texas has unanimously approved a $38.9 million budget for the fiscal year 2006-2007. The Commissioners Court also approved a tax rate of $0.491649 per $100 valuation. A side benefit of the budget will be a full-time justice of peace in Precinct 5.
