Eggs are essentially healthy since they contain around 5 grams of healthy, unsaturated fat. Bread, on the otherhand, has so many varieties, but whole grains have more nutrients. Other breakfast essentials include beans, cereals, and milk. A complete list of breakfast foods that have been tested by the Heart Foundation is presented.
