The article reports on the project of Marriott Corp. to open a new property, the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel, in Beijing, China in 2008. The 26-floor hotel with 540 rooms will be the company's eight property in the city. The facilities of the hotel will include an executive lounge, business center, three restaurants, bakery cafe, health club, entertainment bar, lobby lounge, 1500 square meter spa with eight treatment rooms and an indoor pool.
