ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the Dogs Who Care collar designed by dog-owner Elly McGuire of New York City. McGuire discusses how she got the idea of designing the collar. The collars sell for five dollars and 100 percent of the proceeds go to benefit 11 animal charities across the country, from a Yorkie rescue organization in Pennsylvania to an elephant sanctuary in Tennessee.
