ABSTRACT
This article reports that the board of the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma has taken its assets from Northern Trust Global Investment Services and transitioned them to two new managers. The assets from Northern Trust's account were split between two new managers, Advisory Research and Epoch Investment Partners.
