The article provides information on three dairy farms in England to be auctioned by land agent Wright Manley. Agent Graham Martyn advises that farmers claiming single farm payment should occupied farms earlier. The Hungerford Farm at Madeley in Cheshire is priced at £1.6 million Included in the Dove House Farm at Hough in Crewe is a four-bedroom farmhouse with two self-contained flats.
