ABSTRACT
The article focuses on desktop provisioning and management. Even in a midsize network provisioning and management become taxing because of factors such as the number of workstations. Without a management software, simple upgrade installations can also be difficult. Capacities to be considered in selecting a desktop management software include, operating system and application rollouts to new and existing desktops, service packs and patches management and migration of user settings and documents.
