K2 Acquires Line and Karhu Ski Brands

This article reports on the acquisitions made by K2 Sports. The company has purchased the Line Skis business, which was started by Jason Levinthal in 1995. K2 has also purchased the exclusive license to brand Karhu North American Nordic, which also produces telemark equipment. Karhu is a Finnish brand that was started in the early 1900s.
