ABSTRACT
The article reports on the profits posted by MSystems for the third quarter of 2006. After its announced acquisition by SanDisk, the company reported revenues of $217.1 million. Net income for the company was $5.8 million or 14 cents per fully diluted share. According to MSystems CEO Dov Moran, the third quarter was a unique quarter for MSystems.
