ABSTRACT
This article reports that Time Warner Cable's (TWCG) call center in Greensboro, North Carolina has chosen Ardence to provide a solution to its downtime issue tied to personal computer (PC) infections. Information is presented on the Ardence Desktop Edition that TWCG adopted in August 2005. Majority of support issues have been eliminated by the call center as a result of removing the hard drives from PC. The reduction in PC downtime has a positive effect on agent productivity.
