ABSTRACT
This article deals with the study conducted by CSO Insights on the specific initiatives that companies have been implementing to boost their sales effectiveness in 2006. There are several options facing companies in improving their sales: sales training, channel management and sales knowledge management. One of the key priorities of the firms surveyed is optimizing lead generation programs. The objectives of lead generation programs are discussed.
