ABSTRACT

A new study from The Customer Respect Group has found that the 100 biggest firms in the U.S. have been collecting more personal information about customers. Sage Software has released version 7 of SalesLogix solution. Strativity Group's research has found that companies are falsely touting customer surveys as proof that firms are listening to their customers.
