The article presents statistics on topics related to customer relationship management including the percentage of U.S. consumers who stopped doing business with a company in 2005, the projected decline in radio frequency identification software and services revenue in 2007, and the growth opportunity presented by Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem by 2010 for U.S. carriers.
