P/Kaufmann to license Waverly fabrics brand

The article reports that F. Schumacher & Co., the parent company of Waverly Inc., is licensing the Waverly brand of decorative fabrics to P/Kaufmann Inc. According to P/Kaufmann CEO Ron Kaufmann, the Waverly brand will be operated separately from the other Kaufmann divisions. He also said that the company want to preserve the image of Waverly and its uniqueness and identity, thus, separating the Waverly brand.
