The article presents the author's opinion on selling techniques. According to the author, every customer is a potential customer, who can give business, therefore a prudent salesperson should not let a sales opportunity pass by. One should understand a customer as a customer. Customers always remember the reception they are given. Therefore, they will not like to do business with someone who did not treat them with respect.
