ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Rohm and Haas to reorganize into three business groups, and plans to improve its position in emerging markets. Raj Gupta, chairman, president and chief executive officer, said that the moves are aimed at accelerating top-line growth rather than cutting costs. The realignment into three groups, electronic materials, speciality materials and performance materials, will take place from January 1, 2007.
