Hungary's AVP to sell stake in MOL

The article reports that Hungarian privatisation agency AVP is to sell the state's remaining 1.73% stake in oil and petrochemicals group MOL by the end of 2006 in a public offering. The stake would primarily be offered to household investors with any unsubscribed shares to be made available via a stock exchange auction. MOL meanwhile has said it would be interested in acquiring a stake in the Serbian state owned oil company NIS.
