ABSTRACT
The article reports that four innovative companies were recognized at the ICIS publications Innovation Awards 2006. It is the third year that ICIS has run these awards, with the continuing sponsorship of Dow Corning, to highlight innovation successes in the chemicals industry. The winners are BASF and Sto from Germany, and from the U.S., Metabolix and Balazs, subsidiary of France's Air Liquide.
