ABSTRACT
The article discusses on the issue of banning sexual toys in Texas. Conservative Texan legislatures continue to upheld the proscription in which they contend that such stimulant could attribute to secondary effects such as prostitution, child molestation, and the spread of AIDS. In Texas, more women have been prosecuted for selling sex toys than men, and much activism aimed at overturning sex-toys statutes has come from women.
