ABSTRACT
The article presents a research on sex practices and HIV knowledge among migrant male workers in Pakistan. Findings revealed that three-quarters of 590 migrant men studied were sexually experienced, of those 22 percent had sex with a female sex worker. Additionally, only 10 percent of men had used a condom and 72 percent never used one with sex workers. Researchers concluded that unsafe sex practices and lack of HIV knowledge among men could accelerate transmission of HIV from sex workers.
