ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the prevalence of obesity among Candian adults. The study found that the overall prevalence of obesity increased with age and was greater in men than in women. Canadians with lower levels of education had a higher prevalence of obesity, which appeared at a young age. The adverse effects of obesity include diabetes and hypertension.
