ABSTRACT
The article reports that upholstery fabric supplier Joan Fabrics Corp. is in the completion stage in the refinancing deal from its investors on October 30, 2006. The completion of the refinancing deal would put Joan Upholstery in the position to continue its operation. According company chairman Elkin McCallum, it has been trying and long process that it took about eight weeks longer than he expected it to be done.
