The article reports that Robinson & Robinson Group has acquired Richter Furniture Manufacturing Co. Inc., the Los Angeles-based upholstery specialist, in 2006. Richter will be a division of Robinson & Robinson Group, the parent company of LeatherTrend, SofaTrend and Easy Trend brands. Richter will move from two plants it operates in Mexico and Arizona into a facility owned by Robinson & Robinson in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.
