ABSTRACT
Career developments related publishing executives in the U.S. are discussed. Peter Ackroyd, a former president of Elementary Books, was named vice president of sales and marketing for the Quayside Publishing Group of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Jim Conlin, former senior account executive at Disney Publishing Group, was named as the new national account manager at Simon & Schuster in New York. Moreover, several charts that list the best selling books in New York are also presented.
