ABSTRACT
The article reports on the change of location of a new water bottling plant at Wharton school district, instead of east Bernard school district as planned earlier, by Pure Tex water works. Further the new plant finalized for construction is located between Wharton and Hunger ford. The company is mobilizing public support as its plant was opposed by Precinct 2 Commissioner Chris King at an appearance at the commissioners court.
