DuPont and Ciba pay up

The article reports the agreement of DuPont and Ciba Specialty Chemicals to pay for the clean up of contaminated wetlands in Delaware. The agreement will resolve claims stemming from the release of hazardous substances from the DuPont site. Under the agreement, DuPont and Ciba will buy the environmental covenant for the contaminated area.
