This article reports on the profit on styrenics being expected by Lanxess, which was discussed at the dedication of its new Lustran Polymers business unit for Europe and Latin America in Tarragona, Spain. The improved outlook is influenced by lower production costs, including the ability to source feedstock via Repsol's pipeline in the Tarragona chemical park.
