ABSTRACT
This article reports on the resignation of Arnold Kiel as chief financial officer of German oleochemicals firm Cognis as part a management reshuffle. Kiel will be replaced by Klaus Edelmann. Kiel left the firm by mutual agreement. The company board is being expanded to increase customer and market focus even further.
