ABSTRACT
The article reports on a search for an emerging markets equity manager, launched by the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Retirement System. The current asset allocation of the plan include domestic equity, foreign equity, real estate equity and venture capital. The proposal may be for either an institutional mutual fund or a commingled fund.
