ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Enviros Consulting Ltd. and the overhauling of its benefit package to meet the company's environmental goals in Great Britain. According to Doug Cattermole, since Enviros is an environment consultancy firm it is but likely that they adapt to this new trend that is steadily growing. Part of the new benefit package is the carbon-offsetting scheme which involves offsetting carbon dioxide consumption in households of its employees being traded in the carbon trading system.
