ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the Proposition 107 spearheaded by Protect Marriage Arizona. The group gets majority of its funding from the Center for Arizona Policy, a right-wing Christian conservative group. According to Craig Morgan, a lawyer with a background in political law and part of a group of attorneys that tried to invalidate the proposition in court, the proposition is going to invalidate the domestic partner registry in Tucson and the benefits from it.
