The article reports on an increase in the number of farmlands being sold in Hampshire, England. The largest sale of the year was the 3,828-acre Hursley Estate which came with a £25 million price tag. Jessica Simpson of Savills said the company had been involved in a private back-to-back deal which saw one Hampshire landowner sell their 1,300-acre farm and then buy another 1,000-acre property in the county.
